Know What To Expect From Your Clean

Our method: Show up, do the job, leave you ecstatic.

First we dust from high to low. Next, we dust again. Then we dust… just to be sure. After that we begin cleaning all of the ceiling fans, light switches, and vent covers. Moving on, we clean the inside of all windowsills and windows. Next the tops of cabinets, door frames, doors, blinds, walls, power outlets, and baseboards are cleaned. Then we move on to cleaning closet racks, shelving, the insides of drawers and cabinets, and the top of the refrigerator. Decorative glass, bathroom glass, front door, Back door, and sliding door glass are cleaned inside and out. All wood is polished from the crown molding down to the baseboards. Next we clean surfaces; countertops ( + backsplashes), bookshelves, tables, etc. and the exterior of your appliances. Your microwave will be cleaned inside and out. We polish stainless steel. Then we disinfect all sinks, tubs, toilets, and showers; careful not to miss the exteriors and leaving fixtures polished. After that we vacuum, paying special attention corners, crevices, and underneath cabinets and appliances. Then we steam mop all hard flooring; again paying close attention to corners, crevices, and underneath cabinets and appliances. Finally we take our trash and leave you a beautiful new or renovated space.

Construction can change quickly and end later than expected. We are flexible with scheduling for these cleans. Book the clean when construction should be or is completed.

Post-construction cleaning is extensive and requires a large block of time.

Be on the property while we work, run errands, or pass in and out comfortably; whatever works best for you is perfect.
